1. Our Role

Argon Voyages provides travel planning and advisory services.
We help design and arrange your trip, but the actual travel services (flights, cruises, hotels, tours) are provided by third-party suppliers.

2. Bookings & Payments

When you confirm a booking:

• You agree to the terms of the travel suppliers (airlines, cruise lines, hotels, etc.)

• Payments may be made directly to suppliers or through us, depending on the service

• Prices and availability can change until confirmed

We will always communicate clearly before any payment is processed.

3. Changes & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to the cancellation and change policies of the travel supplier.

• Fees may apply

• Refunds, if available, depend on supplier rules

We will assist you throughout the process, but we do not control supplier policies.

4. Travel Documents & Requirements

You are responsible for:

• Valid passport and visas

• Entry requirements (including health or vaccination rules)

• Travel insurance (strongly recommended)

We can guide you, but final responsibility remains with the traveler.

5. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.

This may cover:

• cancellations

• delays

• medical emergencies

We can help you select a suitable policy.

6. Responsibility

Argon Voyages is not responsible for:

• changes, delays, or cancellations by suppliers

• weather, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances

• loss, injury, or damages during your trip

We act as an intermediary between you and the travel providers.

7. Pricing & Accuracy

We aim to provide accurate information at all times. However:

• prices may change

• availability is not guaranteed until booked

• occasional errors may occur

If something changes, we will inform you before proceeding.

8. Communication

By contacting us or submitting a trip request, you agree that we may communicate with you regarding your inquiry and travel plans.
